Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to cancel or change orders. all orders are sent directly to manufacturer. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed in the same condition that you received it.

Custom or personalized goods such as monogrammed items, custom name swaddle blankets, personalized crib sheets, changing pad covers, and blankets and Art prints are non-returnable. 

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.***

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
